Dave "Sticks" McNeer joined the RJ Marshall Band in 2011 after working in various other musical projects in Richmond, VA. Dave is no stranger to working with Rick Marshall, as they both worked together in the "Phifer Marshall Band" where Dave's drumming helped that band win the "2005 Richmond Blues Challange". Dave's experience and "enthusiastic" style of drumming adds plenty of back-beat to the sound of the RJ Marshall Band, we are glad to have him on-board.

Susan has played professionally since 1978 singing lead with 'Act I'. In the 80's she joined a band based out of Fredericksburg called 'Starplay' and in the 90's played with a rock band called 'Just Us'. Since then Susan has done backup work for the likes of 'Empy Pockets' and recorded with them at 'In Your Ear Studios' here in Richmond, VA. Susan's strong suit is lead singing but she enjoys percussion as well as singing harmony. She loves to keep that front line dancing, earning her the nickname "Motion"!
